just got back from tun ahmad zaidi rc a.k.a. 10th. first time ever *sigh* . i think it's not that bad like what people used to tell me. the residential college i mean. but never mind. tonight we recite surah al-baqarah (2 : 1-20). tadabbur the verse t0o. read between the lines. so, what did i got?? many new go0dies but this one really got into my interest. tombok hati (ubat hati). sounds familiar?? ok la ha.. let's share these so called remedies for dying soul.

1. read the quran and understand the meaning
2. do night prayer (qiamullail)
3. stay with the solihin
4. fasting
5. zikrullah

give it a try. no harm. insyaAllah we'll make it toward the goal.
